Processing time
Orders ship within 2 to 5 business days (7 to 10 during busy periods). This is added to the delivery times below.
Delivery
Estimated delivery times after your order ships:
- US mainland: 6 to 12 business days
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses: 7 to 15 business days
- United Kingdom: 6 to 12 business days
- Europe: 6 to 12 business days
- Rest of the world (including Canada and Australia): 7 to 21 business days
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier and customs delays can add extra time. Your shipping cost is shown at checkout.
Tracking
We email you your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Cancellations
Need to cancel or change your order? Email support@zerohourbuilds.com with your order number as soon as possible. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to help, but we can't guarantee a cancellation or change. Once your order has shipped, it can't be cancelled, but you can return it under our Refund Policy.
